Shelby is only 2 weeks old but it is already pretty clear that she is a very special little lamb! Mommy often loses sight of her because Shelby is able to change the color of her fleece depending on her mood and environment. Well, it is fairly easy to lose a child in a great flock of other colourful lambs! But since Shelby is a baby lamb, she sleeps too much and once she falls asleep, her fleece gains a natural white color and a small flowers start to bloom on her head to protect her from nightmares. Thereby mommy easily finds her and carefully puts a pillow under her head. Sweet dreams, little Shelby!
Lamb Shelby is a design toy, created specially for “AradiyaToys Design” collection.
Materials needed to create a 2.75-inches (7 cm) tall toy:
– hooks: 0.75 (for pillow), 1.25 and 1.75 mm (but you can use any hook you want, just find a proper yarn for it)
– yarn: “Iris” by Kirov Yarn Mills (150 meters / 25 grams), 100% cotton; Mouline DMC 828 (blue), DMC 3078 (yellow), DMC 754 (light pink), DMC 3743 (purple), DMC B5200 (white)
– sewing needle
– stuffing material
